Goodfit in Bengaluru, India seeks an industrial maintenance professional to manage electrical, electronics, PLC, mechanical and hydraulics systems. The role focuses on rapid response to equipment breakdowns, regular preventive maintenance and safe, compliant operation of utilities such as LT panels, lighting, motors and chillers.

Responsibilities include fault analysis, energy and waste initiatives, audits for safety and quality, and ensuring spare parts availability.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance, repairs and improvements of electrical, electronics, PLC, mechanical and hydraulics systems.
• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and operate utility equipment including LT, control panels, lighting, motors, fans, PLCs, power packs, air compressor, chiller.
• Capable to handle all types of shift routine breakdowns.
• Executing machine breakdown analysis and action plan execution for reliability improvement.
• Responsibility for energy initiation, waste reduction and documentation.
• Handling safety audits, quality audits and legal compliances.
• Preventive maintenance, alignment, defect control and spare parts availability.
• Ensuring day-to-day jobs align with environmental impact.
• Control environmental spillage, waste minimization and promote recycle/reuse.
• Accountable for safety and environmental incidents at the plant.

Description du poste

To undertake Maintenance Repairs and Improvements of the Electrical, Electronics, PLC Trouble shooting, Mechanical, Hydraulics system etc.

Responding immediately to Equipment Breakdowns. Also, capable to perform Preventative Maintenance & to handle the Utility Equipment’s operation including LT, Control Panels, Lighting, Motors & Fans, PLCs, Power Packs, Air Compressor, Chiller etc.

Capable to handle all types of Shift Routine Breakdown

Executing Machine breakdown analysis, action plan execution reliability improvement

Responsibility for energy initiation, waste reduction, documentation

Handling Safety audits, Quality audits, Legal Compliances.

Responsible for preventive maintenance, alignment, defect control, spare parts availability repair.

Ensuring the day to day jobs linkage to the environment impact on environment.

Responsible to control environmental spillage, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse.

Accountable for the Safety Environmental Incidents taking place in the Plant.
