Persistent is seeking a Senior Embedded Windows Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain desktop and embedded Windows applications with C#, WPF, MVVM, and .NET on Windows CE and related platforms. You will lead architecture, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Pune.

The role demands 8–12 years of experience, hands-on leadership, and a track record of delivering high-performance software for embedded devices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on core development in embedded devices and embedded Windows applications.
• Strong expertise in C#, WPF, .NET Core, .NET Framework, WinForms, and VB.NET.
• Extensive experience developing desktop applications using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
• Strong understanding and implementation of MVVM architecture and patterns.
• Experience with Windows CE and other embedded Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience in designing scalable, maintainable, high-performance software solutions.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, WPF, .NET technologies, and embedded Windows platforms. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications for embedded devices while contributing to architecture, development, CI/CD implementation, and product enhancements. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop and embedded applications using WPF, C#, VB.NET, and WinForms.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
