Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for servo drives, EV motor controllers, and motion control systems.
• Develop and implement motor control algorithms for PMSM, BLDC, AC induction, and linear motors.
• Design and tune current, velocity, and position control loops.
• Implement FOC, SVPWM, and related control algorithms.
• Develop firmware for real-time microcontrollers such as TI C2000 or STM32.
• Interface with encoders, current sensors, ADCs, PWM, and power electronics.
• Optimize software for performance, memory usage, and real-time execution.
• Debug using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG debuggers, and communication analyzers.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and application teams throughout product development.
• Participate in product validation, field issue analysis, and customer support when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and test reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in servo drives, motor control algorithms, real-time embedded firmware development, and industrial communication protocols. The role involves designing and developing high-performance motion control solutions for Servo Drives, Electric Vehicles (EVs), and industrial automation products, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and innovation in advanced control systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded firmware for Servo Drives, EV motor controllers, and motion control systems.
• Develop and implement motor control algorithms for PMSM, BLDC, AC Induction Motors, and Linear Motors.
• Design and tune Current, Velocity, and Position control loops.
• Implement Field-Oriented Control (FOC), Space Vector PWM (SVPWM), and related control algorithms.
