Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced Embedded Motor Control Engineer to develop firmware for motor control applications, including BLDC, PMSM, and AC induction motors. You will implement FOC and DTC, calibrate sensors and currents, and work with hardware teams to integrate firmware with motor hardware.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, HIL testing, and rigorous documentation. Strong C/C++ skills, MATLAB/Simulink expertise, and experience with CAN/SPI/UART/I2C are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming, control systems, power electronics, and embedded systems.
• Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, and microcontroller/DSP platforms (ARM Cortex M).
• Hands-on experience with CAN, SPI, UART, I2C communication protocols.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for motor control systems.

Responsibilities
