Job summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer with a minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Hardware design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development lifecycle of complex electronic systems from proof of concept to production. This includes creating system architecture, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Conduct and oversee rigorous testing and validation of hardware prototypes. This involves designing test plans, performing signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis, and debugging issues using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration and successful product launch.
• Drive component selection and supply chain management, identifying and sourcing critical parts while considering performance, cost, and availability.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and manufacturing instructions.

Technical Skills Required

• Advanced knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Eagle.
• Expertise in high-speed digital design, including knowledge of transmission lines, impedance matching, and clock distribution.
• Proficiency in hardware description languages (HDLs) like VHDL or Verilog for designing with FPGAs and CPLDs.
• Strong analog and mixed-signal circuit design skills, including op-amps, power management circuits (e.g., DC-DC converters), and data converters (ADCs/DACs).
• Experience with embedded systems design, including microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M/R/A series), and embedded processors like Xilinx or Altera.
• Deep understanding of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, Ethernet, and PCIe.
• Proficiency in using lab equipment for debugging and characterization, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and multimeters.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the Hardware Domain.
