We are looking for a skilled Electrician to carry out electrical installation, operation, repair, and preventive maintenance work for our residential buildings and plotted township projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, street lighting, common area lighting, pumps, panels, DG backup systems, and ensuring uninterrupted power supply while following safety standards and electrical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain electrical wiring and equipment.
• Maintain street lights, common area lighting, and residential electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore power supply promptly.
• Maintain LT panels, distribution boards, MCBs, switches, sockets, and cabling.
• Operate and maintain water pumps, motors, and electrical control panels.
• Assist in maintenance of DG sets and backup power systems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance logs and daily work reports.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and site engineers.
