Trichemie Plant Engineering Solutions is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer in Pimpri-Chinchwad, India. The role requires a graduate or postgraduate in Electrical Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in basic and detail engineering for oil & gas onshore, petrochemical, chemical, or pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities include data coordination with departments and vendors, preparing electrical datasheets, specifications, cable sizing, and 3D model awareness (Revit/Plant3D).

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Electrical Engineering (regular).
• 4–8 years of experience in electrical engineering for oil & gas/onshore projects.
• Experience in basic and detail engineering phases for petrochemical/chemical/pharma sectors.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate electrical input/output data with other departments.
• Coordinate with vendors for datasheets, bids and evaluations.
• Prepare electrical datasheets, load list and specifications (cable, tray, panel, transformer, DG, UPS).
• Prepare and check cable sizing, schedules, lighting calculations and protection.
• Perform Cable Tray sizing and tray loading calculations.
• Calculate Electrical bulk MTO and participate in vendor bid processes.
• Conduct TBE for electrical equipment and review vendor drawings (VDR).
• Utilize Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Navisworks; exposure to Revit/Plant3D.

Position Title: Electrical Design Engineer

The candidate should be Graduate/ Postgraduate (Regular only) in Electrical Engineering with 4-8 years of experience in Electrical engineering for Basic and detail engineering phases in projects of oil & gas (onshore) /petrochemical/ chemical/ Pharmaceutical etc.

He/ She should have capability to perform following activities:

• Coordination with other departments for Electrical input/output data.
• Co-ordination with vendors.
• Preparation of Electrical Datasheets, Load List.
• Preparation of specification (Cable, Cable Tray, Electrical Panel, Transformer, DG, UPS etc.)
• Preparation and checking of Cable sizing& Schedule, Lighting, Lightning protection calculation.
• Performing Cable Tray calculations like Tray sizing, Cable Tray Loading.
• Calculation Electrical Bulk MTO.
• Floating the Enquiry to vendor, taking offers from vendor, Evaluating the offers.
• TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) for electrical equipment.
• VDR (Vendor Drawing Review for other disciplines)

He/ She should be conversant with:

• Excel spreadsheet, MS word, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Navisworks etc.
• Exposure of 3D model software. Revit/ Plant3D
• ISO certified company environment
• Relevant Industrial design codes such as IS / IEC codes.
• Ability to perform Lighting Calculation in DIALUX.
• ETAP software.(Load Flow, Short Circuit & Relay Coordination)
