Job summary

Khatib & Alami (K&A) is a multidisciplinary design consultancy seeking an Electrical & Power Systems professional to lead high-rise projects and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams in Bangalore. Candidates must understand Gulf codes and international standards, and demonstrate experience across hospital, hospitality, residential and commercial sectors.

The role requires willingness to relocate to Bengaluru, with potential short travels to GCC countries and direct client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical/Power systems as required.
• Gulf codes knowledge (DEWA/SEWA/FEWA/ADDC/KSA) mandatory.
• Experience with hospital, hospitality, residential and commercial sectors preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Bangalore; short GCC travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi high rise buildings independently.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Gulf codes and international standards.
• Engage in client facing activities.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural, Arch and Infra services.
• Utilize Revit, Dialux Evo, ETAP; add value where applicable.
• Oversee work progress and provide design solutions as needed.
• Prefer consultancy background.
• Relocate to Bangalore when required.
• Occasional short travels to GCC countries.
• Support designers and engineers in delivering projects.

• 2. Sound knowledge of Gulf codes DEWA/SEWA/FEWA/ADDC/KSA is must. Also with International standards IEC /BS
• 3. Should have experience in Client facing
• 4. Revit, Dialux Evo, ETAP system studies will be an added advantage
• 5. Hospital, Hospitality, Residential and Commercial experience is must
• 6. Well experienced in Space planning, Coordinating with other services Mechanical, Structural ,Arch ,Infra
• 7. Consultancy background is preferred.
