Job summary

INTEC INFRA Technologies seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering consultant to design complex building services MEP BIM projects, including high-rise and infrastructure. Requires 8+ years in consultant design and strong leadership for project teams.

Role demands proficiency in NEC/CPWD codes, and hands-on CAD/BIM tools with strong client coordination skills for diverse international contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in consultant design for complex building services MEP BIM projects (high rise, commercial & residential, infrastructure).
• Master's degree holders are preferred.
• Effective management of project teams.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with international clients and contractors.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, Navisworks is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Applies professional knowledge, experienced judgement, and independently designing complex projects.
• Adequate knowledge in Electrical designs - Electrical Distribution Panels, Lighting, Cable management, Outdoor and Indoor lighting; Lux level calculations; load estimation; voltage drops and short circuits; ELV systems (Fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, SCS); hands-on experience with Dialux; Amtech.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, CPWD international codes and practices.
• Well conversant with estimation for RFPs.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating the technical and management requirements.
• Effective communication & coordination in multi-discipline projects.
• Mentor, guide, train, and develop mechanical engineering staff.

• Effective management of team members for the projects.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with international clients and contractors is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, Navisworks is an added advantage.
