Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced EHS leader to oversee the overall EHS organization for our project sites in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on providing quality EHS services to operations and ensuring achievement of benchmark EHS performance.

You will ensure the implementation of the EHS Policy and Integrated Management System at project sites, and develop project-specific guidelines and procedures. The role requires preparing risk assessments and delivering site-specific training to

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EHS management systems and policies at project sites.
• Ability to develop and implement project-specific guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare and conduct project-specific risk assessments and training programs.
• Identify and deliver site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workers and visitors.
• Monitor EHS performance and drive corrective and preventive actions.
