Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking an Architectural Draftsman to join our design team for large-scale urban development and experimental projects.

You will prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, while developing 3D models and presentation materials using SketchUp. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of Revit as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting/documentation.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
• Good working knowledge of SketchUp.
• Revit knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and building components.
• Good presentation, visualization, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to understand and execute complex architectural designs with minimal supervision.
• Experience with large-scale projects, urban development, or experimental/innovative projects preferred.

• Develop accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
• Create 3D models and presentations using SketchUp.

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare site-visit documentation, observations, measurements, photographs, and action points.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to the Reporting Manager.
• Prepare detailed project and status reports covering progress, observations, issues, pending works, and required actions.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, and timely project deliverables.
