Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital products across web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver customer‑centric, scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Gather and prioritize business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive product discovery through user research, data analysis, and feedback.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
• Manage releases, feature launches, and go‑to‑market coordination.
• Ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.
• Continuously improve user experience, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Communicate product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum product development.
• Experience building and managing web and mobile digital products.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Tools & Technologies (Preferred)

• Product & Project Tools: Jira, Confluence, Aha, Product board
• UX & Prototyping: Figma, InVision
• APIs and digital platform exposure is a plus

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• SAFE Product Owner / Product Manager
