Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in our India delivery centers. You will translate business needs into product requirements, manage roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations, and drive value with data-driven decisions.

This role emphasizes governance, scalable delivery, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Strategy, or related roles.
• Experience in Agile product delivery, managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and balancing competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and customer insights into actionable product requirements.
• Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated solid communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.

• Experience supporting digital self-service, web, mobile, contact center, or customer engagement experiences
• Experience with AI-enabled products, conversational AI, chatbots, virtual assistants, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience working with enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, shared services, or scalable digital solutions
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, measurement, or value realization initiatives
• Experience using tools such as Aha!, Jira, Rally, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience
• Familiarity with governance, operational processes, workflow management, or regulatory considerations
