Job summary

Optum India in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Product Leader to own end-to-end capability strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap, shaping value statements and future direction.

The role collaborates with engineering, operations, and business teams to drive adoption, set KPI targets, and manage risks, requiring 7+ years in product or finance technology and strong strategic influence. MBA candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, capability management, or finance technology.
• Solid knowledge of fraud and dispute product build, card payments and various open loop processing.
• Demonstrated deep strategic thinking and proven ability to influence without authority.
• MBA preferred.
