Job summary

Michael Page seeks a seasoned design leader to head our digital design function. You will drive the design strategy across consumer platforms, mentor a large design team, and ensure seamless user experiences in collaboration with product and engineering.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience leading large-scale design teams in high-growth consumer technology, e-commerce, marketplace, retail-tech, or digital-first organizations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of complex consumer-facing products and experiences.
• Experience building design organizations, operating models, and design systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, qualitative and quantitative research, and design thinking practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
