Job summary

AMClub in Hyderabad is looking for its first marketing hire to build and own the content and campaigns from day one. You will execute hands-on across social, content,SEO and paid campaigns and report directly to the CEO.

The right candidate will grow into leading the marketing division as the team scales. You will craft content in English and Telugu, run campaigns on Meta and Google, and collaborate with sales and operations to drive MSME acquisition.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in digital / social media marketing with hands-on content creation; portfolio required.
• Brand handles run end-to-end, not just strategy decks.
• Proficiency with Canva / Adobe tools and CapCut / Premiere Pro for reels.
• Experience running Meta and Google ads with measurable results.
• Fluent English and Telugu; Hindi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage AMClub social handles daily across platforms.
• Create end-to-end content: designs, carousels, reels, captions, blogs, newsletters in English and Telugu.
• Plan a monthly content calendar aligned with MSME needs and deadlines.
• Shoot and edit short-form video with various stakeholders; capture testimonials.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google; manage budgets and reporting.
• Manage Google Business Profile, website content, SEO, and directory listings.
• Support acquisition through WhatsApp and email campaigns and landing pages.
• Collaborate with field and operations teams to turn on-ground activity into content.
• Track weekly metrics and act on insights.
• Brief and manage freelancers as volume grows.
• Build brand guidelines, templates and SOPs for scaling the team.

Picture a business owner looking for a good CA or GST expert. Most still rely on WhatsApp forwards and word of mouth. AMClub is building the place they will go instead.

We cover finance & accounting, GST & tax, company secretarial (CS), legal, HR & licensing, and digital marketing for MSMEs - and we are building AMC Mart: think IndiaMART, but with AI agents that learn what each business needs and handle their requirements for them. That is a lot of stories waiting to be told. This is our first marketing hire, and the right person grows into Head of Marketing. Shortlisted candidates meet us in person.

About the role

AMClub (amclub.in) is a B2B services marketplace helping Indian MSMEs find verified CAs, lawyers, HR and licensing experts. We are early, growing fast, and building our marketing function from scratch. This is our first marketing hire, reporting directly to the CEO. You will start hands-on, running every handle and creating the content yourself, and the right person will grow into leading the marketing division as we build the team around you.

Role & responsibilities

• Own and run all AMClub social handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, WhatsApp) - daily posting, scheduling, replies, DMs and comment moderation
• Create content end-to-end: post designs, carousels, reels and short videos, captions, blogs and newsletters - in English and Telugu
• Plan and run a monthly content calendar tied to MSME needs, compliance deadlines (GST, ITR, licences) and business campaigns
• Shoot and edit short-form video with service providers, customers and the team; capture success stories and testimonials
• Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google - budgets, creatives, lead forms and reporting
• Manage Google Business Profile, website content, basic SEO and directory listings
• Support provider and customer acquisition through WhatsApp and email campaigns, landing pages and referral drives
• Work with the field and operations teams to turn on-ground activity (onboardings, MSME meetups, events) into content
• Track and report weekly metrics - reach, engagement, followers, leads, cost per lead, sign-ups - and act on them
• Brief and manage freelancers (designers, video editors) as volume grows
• Build brand guidelines, templates and SOPs so the function can scale into a full team

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years in digital / social media marketing with hands-on content creation - portfolio is mandatory
• Has personally run brand handles end-to-end, not just strategy decks
• Strong with Canva / Adobe tools and CapCut / Premiere Pro (or similar) for reels
• Has run Meta and Google ads with measurable results
• Fluent written and spoken English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus
• B2B, startup, fintech, SaaS or MSME-facing experience is a strong plus
• Driven, fast and detail-oriented - comfortable with repetitive daily execution while thinking like the future head of marketing
• Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, image and video generators) to work faster and smarter
