Nextwebi is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. The role requires hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, analytics, and team collaboration.

You will develop and manage campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and content, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record in generating leads and increasing traffic.

Nextwebi is looking for a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, analytics, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan and implement SEO (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO) initiatives.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and improve organic rankings.
• Optimize Google Business Profile to enhance local search visibility.
• Plan and oversee content marketing, including blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other tools.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve lead generation and conversion rates through data-driven strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
• Mentor junior digital marketing team members and interns.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress CMS.
• Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and productivity is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record of generating leads and improving website traffic.
