Job summary

IOSS is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our marketing team in India. The role covers SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and digital analytics.

You will plan campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms, perform keyword research, and manage SEO audits to improve rankings and traffic. Collaboration with content and design teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and GTM.
• Proficient in keyword research and SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO audits.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Create and manage social media content and campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, conversions, rankings, and campaign performance.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and website performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO, Google Ads, social media, and digital marketing trends.

• Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
