Job summary

Vouchagram India is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with IaC, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, and automation.

You will build and manage AWS services, Docker containers, and Kubernetes environments, automate provisioning with Python or Bash, implement security best practices, and enhance reliability, performance, and disaster recovery across

Qualifications

• 610+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, SRE, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, AWS CodePipeline, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS.
• Good understanding of AWS networking including VPC, subnets, security groups, NACLs, load balancers, NAT Gateway, and Route 53.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, security, encryption, secrets management, and least-privilege principles.
• Proficiency in Bash and/or Python scripting.
• Experience with Git and Git-based development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, Route 53, ALB/NLB, and Auto Scaling.

• Knowledge of Helm, Ansible, Packer, or similar tools.
• Experience with FinOps, AWS cost optimization, and resource governance.
• Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with SRE principles, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
