Job summary

Infra360 is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support and enhance cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems. You will work with containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes platforms, automating deployments and optimizing infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

You will lead with 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps experience, focusing on security, observability, and production reliability. The role involves Linux administration, scripting in Bash/Python, and implementing scalable CI/CD

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Operations experience, with minimum 1 year of Team Leading Experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP services.
• Production Kubernetes experience (preferably EKS).
• GitHub Actions CI workflows experience.
• IaC or automation scripting with Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash or Python (at least one).
• Experience administering Linux environments (Ubuntu / Amazon Linux).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure operations across AWS/Azure/GCP with managed Kubernetes platforms (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Maintain CI pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins for build/test/artifact management.
• Manage delivery pipelines with Spinnaker/ArgoCD/Flux and implement Blue-Green or Canary deployments.
• Write automation scripts (Bash/Python) to streamline deployments and reduce manual effort.
• Implement security and compliance practices including IAM, RBAC, and cloud-native security services.
• Configure monitoring, logging dashboards and alerts using Grafana, New Relic, CloudWatch.

Job Description - Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Azure/GCP)

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on DevOps Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to support, operate, and enhance cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystems. This role will focus on containerized workloads running on managed Kubernetes services, automation of deployments using CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure optimization, observability, and secure production operations across AWS / Azure / or GCP environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure Operations

• Manage and support workloads running on managed Kubernetes platforms such as Amazon EKS / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) / Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), including deployments, scaling, rolling updates, and cluster maintenance.
• Implement backup and restore workflows for object storage and managed databases.
• Operate cloud resources such as:
  • Compute: EC2 / Azure VM / Compute Engine
  • Storage: S3 / Azure Blob Storage / Google Cloud Storage
  • Databases: RDS / Azure SQL or Azure Database / Cloud SQL
  • Networking: VPC / Virtual Network / VPC Network
  • Security: IAM / Azure AD & RBAC / GCP IAM
  • Load Balancers and Networking Services

CI/CD & Automation

• Maintain CI pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar for build, test, and artifact management.
• Manage application delivery pipelines using CD tools such as Spinnaker, ArgoCD, Flux, or similar, implementing deployment strategies like Blue-Green or Canary deployments.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (Bash/Python) to streamline deployment workflows and reduce manual effort.

Security & Compliance

• Support infrastructure security practices including vulnerability monitoring, threat detection, and compliance using tools such as PingSafe, SentinelOne, Prisma Cloud, or cloud-native security services.
• Implement identity and access management, least-privilege policies, secrets management, and OS-level hardening for Linux workloads.

Monitoring, Logging & Performance

• Configure dashboards, alerts, and log pipelines using observability platforms such as Coralogix, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, or cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot performance and availability issues across infrastructure, containers, networking, and applications.

Linux & System Administration

• Manage Linux-based workloads across compute nodes and Kubernetes clusters including patching, tuning, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Perform OS-level maintenance, incident response, and recovery procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud Operations experience, with minimum 1 year of Team Leading Experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP services.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes deployments in production (preferably EKS).
• Good understanding of GitHub (SCM) and building CI workflows in GitHub Actions.
• Hands‑on experience in writing IaC or automation scripts using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash or Python (at least one is required).
• Experience administering Linux environments (Ubuntu / Amazon Linux).
• Working knowledge of monitoring/logging tools – Cora Logix or similar (New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with CD tools such as Spinnaker, ArgoCD, Flux
• Exposure to container registries such as ECR / Azure Container Registry / Artifact Registry
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads
• Exposure to cloud-native security services such as:
  • AWS GuardDuty / Security Hub
  • Azure Defender / Microsoft Sentinel
  • GCP Security Command Center
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals – DNS, SSL/TLS, Load Balancers
