Job summary

Syfe in Gurugram, India invites a senior DevOps/SRE engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and robust CI/CD pipelines. You will own automation, IaC, and observability, primarily with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and related tools.

You lead by example with hands-on engineering, perform code reviews, mentor juniors, and partner with security and application teams to improve reliability, incident response, and cost efficiency across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering (senior IC, not managerial).
• Expert in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in automation and infrastructure code (Python, Go, Shell, Terraform, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog).
• Deep understanding of Linux/Unix internals, networking, and security in cloud-native environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and operational rigor.

Responsibilities
