Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOpsEngineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 yearsof hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalableDevOps pipelines and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in optimizingour development and deployment processes, ensuring the reliability andperformance of our applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for variousapplications and microservices.
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools likeTerraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure ensuringscalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Having used ECS orEKS, or similar tools in the past is a plus.
• Strong notions of security best practices (e.g. using IAMRoles, KMS, etc.).
• Experience with the serverless approaches using Lambda isa plus. For example, the Serverless Application Model (SAM).
• Previous exposure to large-scale systems design. Abilityto troubleshoot distributed systems.
• Experience in Deployment on production and down stageenvironments like Dev, QA/Test.
• Experience with building or maintaining cloud-nativeapplications.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deploymentprocesses and increase automation.
• Monitor system performance and reliability; troubleshootand resolve issues proactively.
• Implement best practices for security, compliance, andreliability across all systems and environments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overallknowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, orrelated field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, witha strong background in software development and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with containerization andorchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
• Good background in Linux/Unix administration
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience withCI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Expertise in managing cloud environments (Azure) andinfrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g.,Prometheus, ELK stack, Datadog).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and serverlesscomputing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
