Job summary

Acura Solutions seeks a Senior DevOps engineer to drive AWS-based infrastructure, design scalable production environments, and build robust CI/CD pipelines. You will optimize performance and costs while ensuring security and high availability across financial services platforms.

The role requires hands-on cloud architecture expertise, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and collaboration with Engineering, QA, Product, Security, and Operations teams. On-site in Mumbai is expected.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and infrastructure management
• Design, implement, and manage highly available and scalable production environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and faster application deployments
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar DevOps tools
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, DNS, load balancing, and cloud security
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, alerting, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of critical lending platforms
• Experience managing infrastructure for NBFC, FinTech, Banking, Lending, or other financial products is preferred
• Strong understanding of security, access control, encryption, secrets management, and data protection
• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, Security, and Operations teams
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational processes
• Monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure, performance, and cloud costs
• Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive actions
• Follow industry best practices for security, compliance, audit readiness, and business continuity
