Job summary

LPL Financial Holdings, Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to design, implement, and oversee end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and global cloud infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on expertise with AWS, IaC, containerization, and security practices, with collaboration across development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure reliable deployments and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and operations.
• Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Linux/Unix, scripting, and at least one programming language (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
• Experience with security best practices, including IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end DevOps CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and frequent deployments.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS/ECS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Lead and support Release Management activities, including release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, and security of production systems.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to drive DevOps best practices.
• Handle Vendor Management, including coordination with third-party service providers, SLA management, and issue resolution.
• Actively participate in stakeholder coordination, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and technical guidance.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across environments.

Key Responsibilities

Required Technical Skills
