Xoxoday is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the tech team in Bengaluru. You will architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines spanning on‑prem, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), and hybrid setups, with strong emphasis on automation and security.

The role covers IaC, container orchestration, observability, and disaster recovery, in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates bring 2.5+ years in DevOps/SRE, proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools, and a passion for scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2.5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in on-premise infrastructure management and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, CircleCI.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Deep knowledge of security practices: Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, auditing, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient CI/CD pipelines for on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Oversee container orchestration and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configure and monitor infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar observability tools.
• Implement security best practices (DevSecOps) across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability remediation across all environments.
• Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to ensure governance and compliance.
• Automate system provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using modern DevOps tools.
• Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for hybrid infrastructure.
• Perform routine system audits and patch management.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role requires deep technical expertise in managing and automating on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Security, and DevSecOps practices — ensuring environments are scalable, resilient, and secure. You will play a critical role in infrastructure automation, CI/CD implementation, monitoring, and enabling cloud-native operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
