Durapid Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE in Noida (Hybrid). The role focuses on production cloud reliability, automating infrastructure, and improving observability across GCP and GKE environments.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, Istio, and GitLab CI/CD, plus knowledge of AI/LLM tooling to enhance SRE workflows. Strong incident response and security practices are essential.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in DevOps / SRE with production cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and GKE.
• Hands-on Terraform usage including modules and migrations.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and templates.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Istio or similar service mesh.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and incident management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / SRE with strong hands-on expertise in GCP, GKE, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and Istio. The ideal candidate should have experience in production reliability, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, incident management, security, and automation. Experience with AI/LLM developer tools and AI-assisted SRE workflows will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SRE, DevOps, and platform reliability activities across production environments.
• Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability for GCP and GKE services.
• Work with Cloud Armor, Spanner, VPC, IAM, and other GCP services.
• Manage and maintain Kubernetes/GKE infrastructure and Istio service mesh.
• Design and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, including reusable modules and migrations.
• Manage VPC Service Controls, IAM, access controls, and security hardening.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners, repositories, and pipeline templates.
• Handle production incidents, troubleshooting, remediation, and root-cause analysis.
• Review infrastructure and platform merge requests and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Support infrastructure, deployment, connectivity, and access-related issues for engineering teams.
• Develop automation and internal tooling to reduce repetitive operational tasks.
• Contribute to repository and shared-service migrations across GitLab environments.
• Use AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenCode for development, debugging, automation, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in DevOps / SRE with production cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
• Experience with GCP IAM, VPC Networking, VPC Service Controls, and Cloud Armor.
• Strong production experience with Kubernetes / GKE.
• Hands-on experience with Istio or similar service mesh.
• Strong experience with Terraform, including reusable modules and infrastructure migrations.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, runners, repositories, and pipeline templates.
• Experience with Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of incident response, production support, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM fundamentals, including prompting, tokens, context, hallucinations, and AI limitations.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding/developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenCode.
• Good understanding of DevOps, Agile, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Supporting Skills

• Experience with Confluent / Kafka operations.
• Working knowledge of Spanner and other managed GCP data services.
• Experience with GitLab administration, service accounts, and access-role management.
• Scripting experience with Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with LLM-based agents, MCP servers, or AI-driven operational automation.
• Understanding of AI security and data-handling risks involving infrastructure code, secrets, and production data.
