Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Workday Integrations Specialist to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and external systems. You will gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver hands-on development across the integration lifecycle.

You will work with Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and SOAP/REST-based services, collaborating with teams to ensure smooth production support and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, HR or equivalent.
• 6 years of Workday Integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Studio.
• Deep knowledge of Workday objects, processes, Web Services, and BIRT Reporting.
• Experience in XML, XSLT, WWS, RAAS.
• Extensive techno/functional knowledge of 3+ Workday HCM modules (HCM Core, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Reporting).
• Strong understanding of Workday security model incl. integration users/groups.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST-based web services.
• Experience handling production support issues, defects/enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Discretion and judgment with little supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Highly organized to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
