Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an SAP MM AMS professional to provide high-quality support for the MM and Vendor Portal capabilities within the S2P tower. You will ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder collaboration across offshore delivery.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience in SAP MM, vendor portal integration and production support, with a strong focus on incident, change and release management and ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP MM procure-to-pay, inventory, master/vendor data and purchasing and invoice integration.
• Experience with vendor portal/supplier collaboration, PO lifecycle, interfaces, testing and production issue resolution.
• Knowledge of ITIL-aligned AMS processes, SLA/KPI, quality, security and change-management requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Finance, or related discipline.
• SAP certification in applicable module/technology is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service-management knowledge is advantageous.
• Prior AMS/production support experience with SLA ownership and customer-facing communication.
• Experience in large, complex SAP landscapes and multi-vendor support environments.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Computer Science, Information Systems, Business/Finance, or related discipline.

Relevant SAP certification in the applicable module/technology strongly preferred.

ITIL Foundation or equivalent service-management knowledge is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Prior AMS/production support experience with SLA ownership, incident/problem/change management and customer-facing communication.

Experience in complex industrial, manufacturing, aerospace/ defence , regulated or similarly large enterprise environments is an advantage.
