Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in electrical design for solar EPC projects.
• Experience delivering electrical outputs for PV/EPC projects.
• Familiarity with grid codes, standards, and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/review electrical designs: SLDs, AC/DC layouts, cable sizing, earthing, lightning protection.
• Perform system studies: load analysis, transformer/inverter sizing, voltage drop, protection coordination.
• Develop BOQs/BOMs and technical specs for equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with civil/structural, procurement and execution teams for integrated delivery.
• Review vendor submittals and provide technical input to procurement.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes and project specifications; maintain docs and version control.
• Provide design support during tendering, execution and commissioning phases.
• Mentor junior engineers/draftsmen and uphold design quality and standards.
