Job summary

IRIS is seeking a Designer — Disclosure Management to join the Mumbai team. You will design and produce client annual reports and disclosures using Adobe InDesign and our DM platform, supporting implementation for European clients.

This role blends hands-on design with technical workflows, client interaction, and marketing support, with a requirement to work from the Mumbai office and across India and Europe time zones.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a willingness to adopt new technology.
• Technically strong — comfortable working with software workflows, not just standalone design tools.
• Working proficiency in English with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across both India and Europe (EU) time zones as required.
• Working from Mumbai office is important.

• Support the end-to-end implementation of the Disclosure Management platform for clients, ensuring design accuracy and consistency.
• Act as a design support contact for European clients, resolving queries and delivering to reporting timelines.
• Work very fluently across InDesign and our native software, managing the linking and flow between the two.
• Contribute to marketing activities — collateral, presentations, and visual assets as needed.
• Maintain quality, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced designer to join our Disclosure Management team. In this role, you will design and produce client annual reports and connected disclosures using Adobe InDesign alongside our native DM software, supporting the implementation of our platform and acting as a design support point for our clients across Europe. The role blends hands-on design, technical execution, client interaction, and marketing support. You will also be expected to help in designing of content for Content Marketing Team as well.
