Job summary

IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Delivery Head to lead multiple software projects, mentor the PMO team, and ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project P&L, mitigate risks, and maintain strong client relations while applying PMBOK/Scrum practices and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.E./BTech, MTech, MCA or MBA from reputed institutes.
• PMBOK and Scrum project management methods; PMP or Prince certification required.
• 10+ years of delivery management experience in the technology industry.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; AI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead software project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task delegation.
• Monitor software project progress, project P&L, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular software project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and clients on project milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the software project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and guidance to software project team members, motivating and empowering them to achieve project goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluations of software projects, analyzing project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing lessons learned in future projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Head to join our Technology department. As a Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects and mentoring of the PMO team members. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive successful outcome.

Qualification

Skills / Certification / Experience

• Proficiency in software project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum) and tools (MPP, Jira).
• Valid PMP or Prince certification is a must.
• Solid understanding/hold of Technology (including AI).
• Functional depth of financial domain will be a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program/service delivery management within the technology industry.
