Job summary

Omnicom Global Solutions India seeks a Senior Designer to translate creative ideas into impactful design for global campaigns, including Fortune 50 clients. You will lead design across campaigns and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor juniors, source original photography, design across channels, and contribute to guidelines and decks. A 3–5 year track in digital marketing or advertising is preferred, with strong Adobe skills and a collaborative mindset.

Senior Designer

About the role :

We have an exciting role of Senior Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

• Clearly communicate strategic-led creative ideas through the creative process to deliver on a project brief
• Lead creative conversations and contribute to strategic ideas. Ensure you have a good understanding of the chosen idea and can confidently interpret it, using it as a springboard to create strong, differentiated brand solutions
• Experiment with new approaches and create new opportunities within projects to develop our offer and broaden & deepen our relationships with clients
• Provoke and push creative boundaries, bring ideas and influences from the outside world to create connected brand experiences
• Constantly be aware of the time allocated for you and the more junior members of the team and be in fluid conversations with project teams to ensure effective and timely delivery
• Ensure that our work and ideas, and that of the more junior team members, will be practical and impactful
• Source original photography
• Design across multidisciplinary applications
• Make logical brand-led colour choices
• Create clear and concise Guidelines
• Art direct the production of
• Supply WIP artwork to realisation team
• Oversee the development of logical, clear decks and presentations
• Nurture, mentor and support junior team members. Use your experience to advise the team on how to shape and deliver great work
• Build compelling and impactful case studies to promote us and our work to the wider design community

This may be the right role for you if you have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency handling motion graphics, graphic design and Presentation design work
• You are a creative thinker
• Competent in leading creative conversations and contributing to strategic ideas
• Able to clearly communicate ideas and have strong verbal and written skills
• Able to build strong and effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
• Computer literate, and have good knowledge of various design software packages (e.g. Adobe) and a proactive approach to develop technical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong team player and able to deliver results through teamwork
• Approachable and able to use your experience to mentor others
• Remain calm when working under pressure and encourage others
