Job summary

• Carry out conceptual and detailed design of aero-engine components using conventional engineering calculations.
• Work on compressor and turbine components and understand their functionality and integration.
• Evaluate product non-conformances/deviations and provide appropriate engineering recommendations.
• Interpret structural analysis results and provide design inputs.
• Interact with customers on technical issues, task status, and critical engineering problems.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and support technical delivery.
• Support manufacturing and resolve design-related issues and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design requirements, and quality processes.
