Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for new development and value engineering projects. The role requires hands-on knowledge of pneumatic circuits, part selection, and experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks 2D/3D.

You will prepare GA drawings, proposed inquiry layouts, and BOMs while coordinating with other departments to resolve design issues. You will also work on textile machine design, manage drawing changes (DCN) and retrofit/spare order

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatic circuits and parts selection.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks 2D/3D.
• Preparation of GA drawings and proposed inquiry layouts.
• Preparation of Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Experience of design work with ERP systems.
• Preparation of 2D & 3D isometric drawings.
• Interaction with other departments for design issues.
• Textile machine design.

Responsibilities

• Engage in new development and value engineering projects.

• Create 2D/3D isometric drawings for textile machinery.
