Job summary

Vyom in New Delhi is seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through execution, driving innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling solutions.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensure code compliance, integrate computational and AI-enabled design workflows, coordinate with BIM/MEP teams, and contribute to client presentations and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Urban design masters is a plus.
• Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality architectural design and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through detailed design and execution.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with computational design tools such as Grasshopper, Rhino, Dynamo, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of BIM workflows and digital project coordination.
• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in the AEC industry.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and relevant building standards.
