Job summary

Hospertz India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks an experienced Design Architect to lead architectural design for large-scale hospital and building projects. You will own design from concept to construction drawings and coordinate with structural, MEP and site teams.

The role requires 7–10+ years of design-architect experience, B.Arch (COA registered) with M.Arch a plus, and hands-on work with AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp. Healthcare/hospital project exposure is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• B.Arch (COA registered); M.Arch is a plus.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience as a design architect.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering projects of 50,000 to 1,00,000+ sq ft.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial buildings; healthcare/hospital experience is a strong advantage.
• Based in Mumbai, or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM; SketchUp or similar for 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design: concept, schematic, design development and working/GFC drawings.
• Plan and design large buildings of 50,000 to 1,00,000+ sq ft built-up area.
• Prepare and review master plans, layouts, sections, elevations and statutory/approval drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC and medical gas consultants; resolve design clashes.
• Support site execution with drawing clarifications, site visits and quality checks.
• Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen.

Hospertz India Pvt Ltd (HIPL) is a turnkey specialist in healthcare infrastructure across India, delivering end-to-end greenfield and brownfield hospital projects, from site selection and licensing to design, construction and commissioning.

We are looking for an experienced Design Architect (not an interior designer) to lead architectural design for large-scale building projects. You will own design from concept to construction drawings and coordinate closely with structural, MEP and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design: concept, schematic, design development and working/GFC drawings
• Plan and design large buildings of 50,000 to 1,00,000+ sq ft built-up area
• Prepare and review master plans, layouts, sections, elevations and statutory/approval drawings (MCGM / local authority norms, NBC, fire norms)
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC and medical gas consultants; resolve design clashes
• Support site execution with drawing clarifications, site visits and quality checks
• Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen
