Chubb India is seeking a Sr Delivery / Program Manager - AI SDLC to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-native programs across multiple teams. The role requires structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives in a dynamic insurance tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Indicative experience: 15+ years in program/delivery management. Demonstrated AI program delivery experience carries more weight than years alone.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent is a plus, not a gate.

• Identify, escape, and resolve risks and blockers with speed and precision — no bureaucratic padding.
• Build delivery dashboards and reporting that give leadership genuine signal, not false comfort.
• Manage third-party and partner delivery relations

Key Responsibilities:

We are not looking for someone who tracks RAG status on a spreadsheet. We need a Delivery Manager who operates in AI-native programs — where plans change because models behave unexpectedly, where the definition of done includes evaluation metrics, and where team velocity is augmented by AI tools. You bring structured thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a genuine ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs.
