Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations.
• Strong experience in high-volume / bulk recruitment is mandatory.
• Hands-on people management experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading, supervising, and managing a team of recruiters.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience tracking recruiter productivity, SLAs, KPIs, and hiring metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
• Drive recruitment delivery from sourcing through interview coordination and offer extension.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, requisition status, pipeline health, and hiring targets.
• Track SLAs, KPIs, and recruitment metrics to ensure timely hiring.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coach team members, and address performance gaps.
• Allocate workloads, manage recruitment priorities, and optimize team capacity.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and quality standards.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, provide hiring updates, and resolve recruitment-related issues.
• Prepare performance reports and use data to improve recruitment efficiency.
