Job summary

Gresham Technologies Limited in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Senior Database Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise database platforms across SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Snowflake, hosted primarily on AWS.

This role covers database performance, availability, security, automation, disaster recovery and production support for mission‑critical systems, with collaboration across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security and Development teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Database Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server (2016/2019/2022) and performance tuning.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL administration and replication experience.
• Snowflake administration and support experience.
• Strong AWS knowledge (RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience with HA/DR, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform and experience with DevOps practices and Version Control (Git).

Responsibilities
