Qualifications

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on with C#/.NET, Python and JavaScript.
• Understanding of solution and application architecture in web/cloud contexts.
• Deep data architecture and data engineering awareness.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and agile delivery.
• Nice-to-have: ML fundamentals, model training/deployment; Databricks and Azure Data Engineering.

Technical Skills

• 9+ Years of experience in Software Development
• Strong hands-on development background in languages such as C#/.NET, Python, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of solution and application architecture, including web, cloud-native, and microservices
• Strong understanding of data architecture: data lake/lakehouse/warehouse design, data modelling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Data engineering experience: data pipelines, data modelling, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile delivery
• Preferred: ML fundamentals, model training, and model deployment
• Plus: Databricks and Azure Data Engineering (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake)

• Strong stakeholder management with regional, sales, and customer teams
• Can explain complex technical ideas in simple business terms
• Structured problem-solving and sound decision-making
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different kinds of assignments
• Confident presenter with a consultative, solution-focused approach
