Job summary

Anblicks Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its Data Science & AI practice in Hyderabad. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions, solve complex business problems, and collaborate with Data Engineering, AI, and business teams to drive impact.

You will work on end-to-end ML lifecycles, including data exploration, feature engineering, model training and deployment, and productionizing scalable data pipelines, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and machine learning/statistical modeling.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
• Experience working with ETL/ELT, data transformation, and large datasets.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud/data platforms.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Statistical models for complex business problems.
• Perform data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Apply techniques such as Regression, GLM, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Boosting, Bagging, SVM, Clustering, and other ML algorithms.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into data science solutions.
• Work with Data Engineering teams to productionize ML models and build scalable data pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Contribute to ML lifecycle, MLOps, automation, and continuous improvement.
