Job summary

Anblicks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech transformation programs. The role requires 10+ years of IT experience and a strong cloud & data platform background.

You will coordinate global teams, manage scope, budget, risks, and milestones, and provide executive-level updates. Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, and SDLC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong project/program management.
• Proven delivery of Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics or Cloud Data projects.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
• Experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
• Cloud exposure on AWS, Azure or GCP; Agile/Scrum and SDLC proficiency.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication; distributed team leadership.

• Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
• Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as the delivery interface for client stakeholders and provide executive-level updates.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and governance.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Data, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech transformation programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a solid understanding of modern data platforms and architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects.
• Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
• Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Work with architects and engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as the key technical and delivery interface for client stakeholders and provide executive-level project updates.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges to ensure predictable project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple project workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP / CSM / PSM certification.
• Databricks certification is a plus.
• Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, MarTech, or Customer Analytics.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Airflow, dbt, or similar tools.
