Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of end-to-end data science implementations.

We’re seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, turning vast datasets into strategic assets. You’ll be instrumental in building predictive models, uncovering hidden trends, and creating impactful visualizations that guide our product development and business decisions, all within a culture that values innovation and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities

• Work on complex and extremely diverse data sets to solve real world problems
• Write highly optimized code to deliver scalable data science solutions for our client’s problems
• Work seamlessly in a collaborative environment with specialists in machine learning, engineering, and design
• Create efficient steady state inference generation pipelines using best practices of MLOps
• Add real-world impact to your data science expertise and develop story boards for explaining business benefits of data science outputs to business users
• Work with data science teams of large organizations, understand their methodologies and create solutions which works well with their frameworks.
• Data Wrangling : Collect, clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets from diverse sources.
• Modeling & Analytics : Design, train, and optimize machine learning models (regression, clustering, NLP) and run statistical analysis/A/B tests.
• Insight Generation : Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to solve business problems and inform strategy
• Visualization & Reporting : Create dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Deployment : Work with engineers to build data pipelines and deploy models into production (MLOps).
• Strategy : Act as a data strategist, aligning projects with organizational goals.

Skills & Experience: Key Requirements

Required

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of end-to-end data science implementations
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (any database) is a must
• Familiarity with statistical, data-mining, and exploratory data analysis techniques
• Experience working with large data sets which include relational databases, streaming data, object data and unstructured data.
• Good team player with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both colleagues and clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly and optimally
• Excellent knowledge of ML ops and Data science deployment pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of big data concepts Data Lakes and Data warehousing is highly desirable
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, with a focus on machine learning and advanced analytics (such as R, Python, and Scala)
• Exposer to Machine Learning, Statistics, Data Mining, Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
