Job summary

Anblicks Inc. in Hyderabad invites a Technical Project Manager with 10+ years to lead data engineering, analytics, and AdTech programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, and coordinate distributed teams across Databricks, Delta Lake, and cloud platforms.

You will partner with data, analytics, AI/ML, and DevOps teams, provide executive updates, and enforce Agile/Scrum and SDLC practices to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with PM/PMO background.
• Proven delivery of Data Eng, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data proj.
• Strong knowledge of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
• Familiarity with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Solid Agile/Scrum and SDLC understanding.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Eng, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects.
• Manage scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
• Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT and Lakehouse architectures.
• Work with architects and teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, performance and cost.
• Partner with Data Eng, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as key technical and delivery interface for client stakeholders with executive updates.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and governance.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Databricks, Analytics, and AdTech projects.
• Manage project scope, roadmap, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and distributed technical teams.
• Provide technical oversight for Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Work with architects and engineering teams on data ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, Product, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Act as the key technical and delivery interface for client stakeholders and provide executive-level project updates.
• Drive Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, quality, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and delivery challenges to ensure predictable project execution.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in Technical Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering Data Engineering, Data Modernization, Analytics, or Cloud Data projects.
• Strong technical understanding of Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.
• Knowledge of Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Spark/PySpark, ETL/ELT, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent client, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed teams and multiple project workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP / CSM / PSM certification.
• Databricks certification is a plus.
• Experience in AdTech, Digital Advertising, MarTech, or Customer Analytics.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or Advanced Analytics initiatives.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Airflow, dbt, or similar tools.
