Job summary

Keka HR in Hyderabad is seeking an AI-enabled and dynamic Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. The role spans extraction, analysis and insights, with proficiency in Power BI, SQL and MS-Suite required. This position emphasizes automation and an AI-first approach.

The candidate will manage large datasets, design dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to optimize revenue processes across functions. Experience with CRM and sales data is valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience as an Analyst.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools Advance Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets, good attention to detail.
  • Experience in CRM and sales automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
  • Use SQL queries, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced Excel to analyze operational data.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, and insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
  • Customize dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Continuously monitor dashboards and update with latest data and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose enhancements.
  • Implement automation to improve data management and reporting.

About Role

We are seeking an AI enabled and dynamic Data Analyst to join our revenue operations team. This role works across extraction, analysis and insights. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL and MS-Suite is a must for this role.

This role is a doer as well as a thinker which takes automation and AI first approach to everything!

Key Responsibilities
Data Management
  • Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.

Analysis And Reporting
  • Use SQL Query, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other Advance Excel functions to analyse operational data.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions based on data analysis.
Dashboard Development
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using PowerBI and Excel
  • Customize dashboards to meet specific departmental or stakeholder requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and update dashboards to reflect the latest data and insights.
Process Optimization And Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing workflows and propose enhancements.
  • Implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related
  • field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 3+ years of experience as an Analyst
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools Advance Excel, SQL, and any data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI etc)
  • Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets, has good attention to detail
  • Experience in CRM and sales automation tools.
