Job summary

MyCareernet is seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM specialist in Chennai to manage privileged accounts, servers, and platforms. You will implement enhancements, patch updates, and ensure high service availability through robust incident resolution and automation.

You will mentor analysts, develop SOPs, and contribute to IAM operations across shifts. A strong background in CyberArk Core PAS and scripting is required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in CyberArk Core PAS or similar PAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS and privileged access management.
• Strong knowledge of Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager capabilities.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents, production support, and maintenance.
• Ability to automate onboarding/offboarding of privileged accounts.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers, and platforms within CyberArk Core PAS.
• Analyze, implement, test, and deploy minor CyberArk enhancements and changes.
• Plan and execute core PAS patch updates and upgrades with validation.
• Resolve L2/L3 tickets, triage incidents, and restore service within SLA.
• Identify repetitive tasks and create automation to reduce tickets and effort.
• Create SOPs for L1 teams and mentor security analysts.
• Support roster-based shifts and cross-skill IAM operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers, and platforms within CyberArk Core PAS for password vaulting and privileged session management.
• Analyze, implement, test, and deploy minor CyberArk enhancements and configuration changes.
• Plan and execute CyberArk Core PAS patch updates and version upgrades, including validation and post-upgrade testing.
• Resolve L2 and L3 support tickets, triage production incidents, and restore service availability within SLA requirements.
• Identify repetitive operational activities and process gaps, then develop automation and service improvements to reduce ticket volumes and manual effort.
• Create and maintain SOPs for L1 service desk teams and provide mentoring to security analysts and associates.
• Support roster-based shifts and participate in cross-skilling across IAM operations services.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 7 years of experience, including at least 4 - 5 years supporting CyberArk Core PAS or comparable privileged access management environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk Core PAS and privileged access management environments.
• Strong operational knowledge of CyberArk Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager capabilities, including account and server onboarding.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents, production support, troubleshooting, and platform maintenance.
• Ability to automate privileged account onboarding and offboarding processes and support integrations through available platform interfaces.

Good to Have:

• Scripting experience for custom PSM password plug-ins and PAM process automation.
• IAM experience, including identity and access management operations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
