Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise PAM solutions across Windows, UNIX/Linux, and databases.

You will work on CPM/PSM plugin development and PSM connectors, and integrate applications using CyberArk Access Manager, collaborating with global teams.

Strong scripting (PowerShell, Shell, C++), IAM knowledge, and good documentation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CyberArk PAM in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with CPM and PSM plugin development.
• Proficient in PowerShell, shell scripting, and C++.
• Familiar with IAM/IDAM concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux administration.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Design and configure privileged account management across Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, and network devices.
• Implement and enhance CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Onboard privileged accounts and enforce PAM best practices.
• Integrate applications using CyberArk Access Manager and Credential Providers.
• Develop and manage CPM plugins and PSM connectors.
• Perform testing, validation, and security compliance checks.
• Support automation through scripting and REST APIs.
• Provide SME support and handover to operations teams.
