Staples India is seeking an experienced CyberArk PAM specialist to manage privileged accounts and CORE PAS environments. You will handle onboarding, patching, and upgrades, while triaging L2/L3 tickets and incident resolution within SLAs. Collaboration across IAM teams and ongoing automation initiatives are key parts of the role.

You should have 4–7 years in CyberArk CORE PAS, experience with EPM, and scripting/rest API familiarity. Shift-based work and strong communication are essential.

• BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Experience with CyberArk CORE PAS & Privilege Cloud.
• Good understanding of CyberArk EPM solution.
• Shift model experience and strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard and manage privileged accounts into CORE PAS for password vault and privilege session management.
• Analyze requirements for minor enhancements, implement, test and deploy.
• Apply CyberArk CORE PAS patch updates and version upgrades; validate and test.
• Resolve L3/L2 tickets and triage production incidents within SLA targets.
• Identify manual tasks; plan automation to reduce tickets and boost efficiency.
• Create/Update SOPs for L1 service desk; mentor security analysts in PAM workstream.
• Cross-skill in other IAM services; drive continuous service improvements.

Role Summary

• Onboarding and management of privileged accounts and platforms into CORE PAS for password vault, privilege session management.
• Analyze requirements related to MINOR enhancements, implement, test and deploy
• CyberArk CORE PAS patch updates, version upgrades. Validation and testing.
• Analyze and resolve L3, L2 tickets.
• Triage & resolve production incidents, restore the service availability within SLA targets
• Identify manual repetitive tasks, tickets, process gaps. Plan to automate, reduce ticket volumes and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Create/Update SOPs for L1 service desk team.
• Mentor and guide the Security analysts and associates deployed for the PAM workstream
• Flexible working in shifts as per roster rotation.
• Cross-skilling, Up-skilling in other services under the scope of the IAM operations team

Beyond the above outcomes, driving continuous service improvements to automate the manual L1/1.5 tasks

Requirements

Education Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Years of Experience

4-7 years

4-5 years of relevant CyberArk CORE PAS support experience.

Basic Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in implementation & operations support leveraging Privilege management solution (CyberArk CORE PAS or CyberArk Privilege Cloud).
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in CyberArk CORE PAS
• Good understanding of CyberArk EPM solution
• Working in shift model as per roster rotation strategy
• Team collaboration, Effective communication

Technical Skills

• Hands-on operations support experience in CyberArk Core PAS. L2/L3 tickets. Accounts, Servers Onboarding.
• Automation of accounts onboarding, offboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting experience to develop custom PSM, Password plug-ins.
• REST API experience to leverage APIs and automate the onboarding/offboarding lifecycle.
