MyCareernet is seeking an experienced IAM/Security Operations Specialist to manage CyberArk EPM workflows, onboard endpoints, and support privileged access with PAS integration. The role emphasizes improving automation, patch management, and incident response within defined SLAs.

You will work on onboarding, testing, and deploying EPM enhancements, while mentoring analysts and contributing to SOPs for L1 support. The position calls for hands-on experience and strong collaboration with IAM teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of overall experience with 4–5 years in CyberArk EPM support.
• Hands-on CyberArk EPM onboarding of endpoint accounts and workstations.
• Knowledge of CyberArk PAS for privileged access management operations.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents and SLA-based production support.
• Automation of onboarding/offboarding is preferred for improvements.
• Familiarity with application controls, allowlisting, blocklisting and just-in-time privilege elevation.

Responsabilités

• Participate in roster-based shift support and cross-skilling across IAM services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, test, and deploy minor enhancements to the CyberArk EPM solution.
• Plan and execute CyberArk EPM patch updates and version upgrades, including validation and post-change testing.
• Investigate and resolve L2/L3 tickets and production incidents while restoring service availability within defined SLA targets.
• Identify repetitive manual activities and process gaps, and drive automation and service improvements to reduce ticket volumes and improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain SOPs for L1 service desk operations and provide technical mentoring to security analysts and associates supporting the PAM workstream.
• Participate in roster-based shift support and cross-skilling initiatives across IAM operations services.

Skills Required

• 4 - 6 years of overall experience, including approximately 4 - 5 years of relevant CyberArk EPM support experience and exposure to CyberArk PAS.
• Hands-on implementation and operations support experience with CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), including endpoint accounts and workstation onboarding.
• Working knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) for privileged access management operations and core platform support.
• Experience handling L2/L3 incidents, service requests, troubleshooting, and production support within SLA requirements.
• Practical understanding of application controls, allowlisting, blocklisting, just-in-time privilege elevation, and endpoint privilege management.
• Ability to support platform patching, version upgrades, validation, testing, and minor enhancements.
• Experience automating account onboarding and offboarding activities is preferred for operational improvement initiatives.

Good to Have

• Scripting experience for custom scripts and plug-ins.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
