Job summary

Careernet in Chennai seeks an experienced CyberArk IAM specialist to onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers and platforms using CyberArk Core PAS and Privileged Session Manager. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IAM operations teams.

You will analyze, implement and test enhancements, plan patch updates, resolve L2/L3 incidents, and drive automation and SOPs to reduce outages and manual effort, while mentoring security analysts and supporting cross-skilling.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience, including at least 4 - 5 years supporting CyberArk Core PAS or comparable privileged access management environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting CyberArk Core PAS and privileged access management environments.
• Strong operational knowledge of CyberArk Password Vault and Privileged Session Manager capabilities, including account and server onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage privileged accounts, servers, and platforms within CyberArk Core PAS for password vaulting and privileged session management.
• Analyze, implement, test, and deploy minor CyberArk enhancements and configuration changes.
• Plan and execute CyberArk Core PAS patch updates and version upgrades, including validation and post-upgrade testing.
• Resolve L2 and L3 support tickets, triage production incidents, and restore service availability within SLA requirements.
• Identify repetitive operational activities and process gaps, then develop automation and service improvements to reduce ticket volumes and manual effort.
• Create and maintain SOPs for L1 service desk teams and provide mentoring to security analysts and associates.
• Support roster-based shifts and participate in cross-skilling across IAM operations services.

• IAM experience, including identity and access management operations.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
